1, if shoes can't fit well or you don't like them, you can send them back within 2 days when you get them, once we get them back, we will refund you at once, only cost of shoes will be returned, shipping cost is used, it can't be returned.
2, we also accept exchange, just pay balance and shipping cost, we can resend another style to you.
3, since all shoes made by hand, some rhinestone are sewed, the others are glued on the shoes, so there might be some crystal and rhinestone maybe drop off, but don't worry, we usually send you extra more crystals and rhinestone, you can sew them on the shoes.
4, We can't accept return if shoes were worn and no hanging tag.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
